We do our absolute best for quick deliveries. We send our packages through Schenker or in certain cases Postnord and deliver directly to your mailbox or nearest post office. Our rates and typical delivery times are:
Sweden, 3–7 workdays — 79 SEK
EU, 5–10 workdays — 349 SEK
The receiver must verify if there is any visible damages on the package. The first claim must in that case be made at the post office. If you suspect a damage on the item, the package should be open together with your post office representative. After that the Post Office representative makes a phone report to Schenker Privpak AB.
If you don't discover the damage until you open the package and can see it is the result of improper handling, report it to Schenker and make a claim. Remember to do this no later than 7 days from when you picked up your package.
In the eventual scenario that a dispute arises with the postal service, which cannot be resolved, please contact us.
Non collected products/ incorrect delivery address
For products that have not been collected within two weeks at the post office, which are then automatically returned to us, or for products that have been returned to us because of incorrect delivery address information, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged to cover the shipping and processing costs.
Easy returns and exchanges
You're always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you return your items within 7 days of receiving your order, to make sure it arrives to us on time. Remember to always print and fill out our return form if you would like to return or exchange a product. Items must be sent back to us at your own expense, new and unused with all the tags and original packaging intact, along with the completed return form.
Once we have received and checked your returned product, we'll get in touch to let you know about the refund or exchange. Refunds can take up to 14 workdays to process.
